This page explains who operates americanbarndos.com, what name appears on your order, and what a plan purchase does and does not include.

National Barndos LLC, DBA American Barndos operates this site. American Barndos is a registered trade name, a doing-business-as name, of National Barndos LLC. It is not a separate legal entity, a subsidiary, or a partner company.

That means:

• Your agreement, your order record, and your receipt are with National Barndos LLC, DBA American Barndos.
• Charges on your card statement may appear under either name.
• Legal notices, refund requests, and copyright claims are all directed to the same company.

National Barndos LLC, DBA American Barndos sells barndominium and post frame house plan sets as design documents, everywhere in the United States. We license drawings. That is the whole business.

We do not build homes, act as a general contractor, bid construction, manage projects, or advise homeowners on construction. We hold no contractor license and we do not represent that we do. Construction is performed by independently licensed building companies you contract with directly.

Buying a plan set is a purchase of a design document license under our Plan License Terms. It is not an order for construction, a construction contract, a bid, a cost guarantee, or a promise that the design will be approved in your jurisdiction. Local review, permitting, engineering, and construction remain your responsibility and your builder's.

Plan sets are digital documents and are delivered by download to buyers in all fifty states. Nothing on this site is gated by county, and no service availability is implied by a plan purchase.
