American Barndos is a brand of National Barndos LLC. We sell barndominium and post frame plan sets. Plan sets are design documents, not construction services.

Your name and email address. Your phone number, if you give us one, which is always optional. The answers you give us in a form, such as your build timeline, whether you are hiring a builder or building it yourself, and the county you are building in. Standard website analytics such as pages viewed, device type, referring site, and the campaign parameters in the link you arrived on.

To send you the plan catalog and founding list updates, to answer your questions, to understand which plans and articles people actually use, and to keep records of orders and licenses. We use the timeline, builder, and county answers to send information that fits where you are in your build instead of blasting everyone the same message.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not rent or trade your contact details.

Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link at the bottom. Click it and you are off the list.

If you gave us a phone number and opted in to text messages, reply STOP to any message to stop them, or HELP for help. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to texts is never a condition of purchase.

Advertising platforms, including Meta and Google, which report on ad performance and may set cookies. Our email and SMS provider, which sends the messages you sign up for. Our website analytics provider. Our payment processor for orders. Each of these is allowed to use your information only to provide their service to us.

Cookies are small files a site stores in your browser. We use them to keep the site working, to count visits, and to know whether an ad brought you here. If you arrive from an ad, the tracking parameters in that link are stored in your browser for the length of your visit so the signup form can record where you came from. You can clear or block cookies in your browser settings; parts of the site may work less well if you do.

We keep contact and list records until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them, and for a short period after that so we do not re-add you by mistake. Order, license, and tax records are kept longer because we are required to keep them.

Email privacy@americanbarndos.com and tell us what you want: a copy of what we hold, a correction, or deletion. We may ask you to confirm your identity from the email address on the record. We will not treat you differently for asking.
