Courthouse Steps

Courthouse Steps stacks a lot of house onto a small footprint. You come in from a covered front stoop into a long entry hall, with a home office on one side and a guest bedroom on the other that has its own walk in closet and full bath. Straight ahead the living room opens up two stories high, next to the dining room and a kitchen with a small island and a walk in pantry. A powder room sits off the hall for guests.
